As we are a family run guest house we, try whenever possible, to greet our guests
personally, and as such we would ask that guests confirm an arrival time.
Check-in is between 2 - 8 p.m.
Check-out is by 10.30 a.m.

Family Celebrations - Exclusive Use Packages
Whilst we do not cater for single sex groups, stag, or hen parties, we have over the last six years provided that ‘special place’ where all the family can come and celebrate the many occasions which need ‘marking’ in life; whether it is a coming of age (no matter what the age 18 – 100+), a momentous anniversary, a reunion or just plain friendship.
We are happy to provide
exclusive use of Beaumont House for private family
celebrations and can provide accommodation for twenty-one people in eight doubles
(five of which are four posters), two twins and one single – all rooms are
ensuite.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Insurance is always advisable
A non-refundable deposit in respect of the first night’s accommodation cost is required for all bookings and will be debited against the card details provided; the balance being debited on the day of arrival.
If you need to amend your reservation the deposit may be transferred to a future booking of the same duration or longer provided seven days clear notice of the change is given. We are unable to transfer deposits for any bookings made over Valentine’s and Bank Holiday periods.
In the event of a cancellation with notice of seven days or less, prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. If we are able to relet the accommodation then the balance of monies will be refunded.
In the event of ‘non arrival’ or cancellation after arrival, the full cost of the stay, as booked, will be charged.
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival we respectfully remind guests that a reservation, whether by telephone, in writing or in person, constitutes a contract in law and therefore we always recommend that insurance be taken out in case of cancellation or curtailment of a booking.
